DFM（Design For Manufacturability）

DFM is an acronym for “Design For Manufacturability”, which means we extensively study the 3D/CAD files you provide and make sure your design can be built as you intended. Then we will provide you a report for each part that summarizes the part information (size, weight, material, finish, color, etc.) and addresses any concerns regarding mould making or part design. Injection molding design for manufacturability basically has to do with the improvement and enhancement of your part design.
