Mold order process from SWY Mould
1. Inquiry
* Customer provides detailed information, like product pictures with size or samples, 2D or 3D drawings
* Customer's requirements on the mold steel, mold cavity number, plastic material, hot type(hot runner or cold runner), automatically or not, etc.
* SWY will make technical checking and suggestion, then provide the quotation
2. Order confirm
* Order confirmation
* Draw Product 3D and customer confirm it
* Draw mold 3D and customer confirm it
3. Mold making
* Order mold steel and spare parts
* Mold machining process, like milling, drilling holes, EDM, etc.
* Mold assemble and adjust
4. Mold testing
* Mold testing and T1 samples sending to the customer for checking
* Sample checking and mold adjustment; making texture, logo, or date stamp
* Mold approval
5. Molding products
We have our own injection molding machines, so we also can help customers to mold injection products, then deliver the ready plastic products
6. Mold delivery
* Prepare the technical documents and mold testing video
* Wooden case for mold package preparation
