How to start the dustpan mould project?

1. For the design of the dustpan mould structure, our company has an experienced design team that has carried out sufficient mould flow analysis during the design stage to ensure that the wall thickness of the dustpan is uniform.

2. Regarding the selection of the steel for the dustpan, since the dustpan has higher surface requirements, most of our recommended choices: P20, 718, 2738, 2316, NAK80, S136, H13, etc. Dustpan moulds are good to choose P20 and 718 at reasonable prices, and can also make the surface of the product reach a certain degree of smoothness. For dustpan moulds with higher output, beryllium bronze inserts can be used on the top of the core, which is conducive to product injection and can effectively promote product cooling.

3. Production cycle.

Each dustpan mould produced by SWY MOULD is in accordance with a strict production cycle table, and there will be videos or pictures recorded every week. At the same time, we will conduct strict factory inspections.
