(1) Quality inspection of plastic parts when accepting molds:
①The shape of the plastic part should be intact, its surface should be smooth and shiny, and there should be no various molding quality defects that are not allowed.
②The dent left when the ejector rod ejects the plastic part should not be too deep, generally not exceeding 0.5mm.
③ Carefully check the size and surface roughness of the plastic part according to the drawing, which should meet the requirements of the drawing, and the burrs should not be too large.
④ The mold should be able to produce qualified plastic parts stably, so it can be seen only by producing more plastic parts.
(2) Inspection of the mold during the mold:
①The moving parts of the mold are flexible and stable, the movements are coordinated, and the movements of the working parts are stable and reliable.
② The correct start and stop position of the action can ensure the stable and normal operation of the mold and meet the requirements of molding and productivity.
③The main stress-bearing parts have sufficient strength and rigidity, and will not be deformed during work.
④Easy demoulding, the plastic part can stay on the fixed mold or movable mold according to the predetermined requirements, and the demoulding mechanism moves lightly and flexibly.
⑤ The mold has good stability, convenient adjustment, safe work, and good performance of accessories and surrounding areas.
