In addition to the three basic motion forms of the mold, other mechanical transmission forms are the auxiliary motion of the mold. In addition, some auxiliary movements are sometimes required. The so-called auxiliary movements can be used to replace mechanical movements with manual operations. Such as mechanical core-pulling, pneumatic and hydraulic core-pulling, which can be used as the basic form of movement: the core-pulling movement of injection molded parts can also be performed manually, but it can only be auxiliary movement. It is used when the structure is simple.
(1) During the process of filling the mold cavity with the moving plastic melt of the condensate from the gate, the gating system is also full of melt, and the condensed melt needs to be removed in time, otherwise blocking the gating system will hinder the next melt flow. Filling the mold, so the condensate in the pouring system must be removed before the mold is closed. This removal action is called the movement of the condensate at the gate, or the gate movement for short. Pull out the condensate in the main runner, and then eject the condensate from the gate in the runner through the demoulding mechanism, and at the same time, cut off the condensate in the gate. It can be seen that the movement of the condensate from the main gate is realized by the mold opening movement of the mold, and the movement of the condensate from the gate is realized by the ejection movement of the demolding mechanism. The reset movement of the condensate at the gate can be realized by the reset movement of the return rod.
(2) The reset movement of the demolding mechanism After the injection molded parts are demolded, the demoulding mechanism needs to be reset to the position before the injection molded parts are demolded, so that the next injection molded parts can be demolded. Reset movement, referred to as reset movement. When the mold is closed, the reset movement of the demolding mechanism is that after the return rod contacts the fixed platen, the fixed platen pushes the return rod to realize the reset of the demolding mechanism.
(3) The reset motion of the demolding mechanism The reset motion of the mold and the mold clamping motion of the mold are carried out synchronously. The interference phenomenon of the movement of the core of the core pulling mechanism and the push rod of the ejection mechanism. Therefore, the push rod of the demolding mechanism must be reset before the core of the core-pulling mechanism. This is the first reset movement of the demolding mechanism, referred to as the first reset movement. The first reset movement can be carried out by the spring, but the spring will fail after long-term use. Therefore, the spring needs to be replaced frequently. In addition, a first reset mechanism can also be used to realize the first reset movement of the demolding mechanism. The first reset movement is also a derivative movement generated by the opening and closing movement of the mold.
(4) Limit movement, the limit movement of the mold mechanism, the limit can be realized by the limit pin or the limit screw or the limit mechanism, and the form of movement can be generated independently by the spring or by the opening and closing of the mold. . The limit movement can be divided into the limit movement when the middle and fixed molds are opened, the limit movement of the core pulling mechanism and the demoulding.
