(1) The opening and closing movement of the injection mold The opening and closing movement of the mold is the fixed position of the mold at the parting surface, and the moving part opens and closes along the center line of the mold. After the mold is closed, a closed cavity can be formed. Only the melt can be filled into the mold; after the mold is opened, the condensed and hardened injection parts can be released from the mold cavity. The opening and closing motion of the injection mold is the main movement form of the power consumption of the injection machine. (2) Demoulding motion of injection molded parts The demoulding motion of injection molded parts is through the ejector rod of the injection machine, which transmits the motion to the demolding mechanism of the mold, and then pushes the injection molded parts out of the mold cavity or core. The demolding motion of the movable mold is also an independent movement; the demoulding motion of the fixed mold of the injection part is through the conversion mechanism of the mold motion, which converts the mold opening and closing motion into the motion of the fixed mold demoulding mechanism, and then the injection molding The movement of the part ejecting the cavity or core of the fixed model is therefore a derived movement.
(3) When the core-pulling movement of the injection-molded part has a circumferential lateral hole and a groove on the injection-molded part, the injection-molded part needs to have a circumferential lateral parting movement, and the mold needs to have a core-pulling hole or groove. To move and mold the core of the injection molding hole or groove, the reset action of the core is required, and the core pulling action of exiting the hole and the groove after molding is required, so that the injection molding can be demolded. There are many forms of core-pulling mechanisms for injection molded parts, among which the oblique pin slider core-pulling mechanism is mostly used, which uses the oblique pins to insert and exit the oblique holes of the slider when the mold is opened and closed. Reset movement. This core-pulling movement is also a derivative movement. Spring core pulling, pneumatic and hydraulic core pulling are independent movements completed by springs, air cylinders and oil cylinders.
